Shipment and return

Our customer service is working on Sundays-Thursdays between 10:00-18: 00, you can contact us by phone or WhatsApp at 054-795-8843.

Beyond the operating hours, you can contact us by email at support@gotv.co.il or leave a message on our website, and our representatives will get back to you.

- The product can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt as long as it's unused and in its original packaging, closed and not damaged.

- The product can be returned with a courier at the cost of 30 NIS.

- The product cannot be returned if it has been damaged or broken.

- If the product was received defective, please contact customer service.

Return / Exchange Policy

If you don't want the product you received, you can return it to us and receive a refund. You can return it as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging, closed and not damaged, 

The product can be returned for up to 14 days.

All you need to do is contact us by phone or WhatsApp at 054-795-8843 during normal business hours, email support@gotv.co.ilor contact us on our website, and let us know that you are interested in returning the product.

The request should be according to the replacement times above.

You will receive the financial credit within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product back to us. The credit will be returned under the same terms of the original transaction and to the same account. 

No need to contact the credit card company to cancel the transaction. We will take care of it for you.

The return cost with a courier is 30 NIS.

 

Delivery and shipment

The product you purchased will be sent to you through a courier company within the delivery period specified at the time of purchase. If you requested to receive the item directly to your home, the courier will coordinate his arrival times with you in advance. Home delivery is made to most parts of the country within three business days. For distant locations, the item will be delivered within 3-9 business days. We do not take responsibility for delays associated with the various shipping companies.

If the shipping company is unable to make the shipment for any reason, we will inform you, and we will work to find an alternative solution that is acceptable to both parties. The site management will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of the products as a result of events beyond its control and resulting from force majeure, such as malfunctions, delays, strikes, natural disasters, global pandemic, computer or telephone system malfunctions, or email malfunctions.
